The Simple Beauty of Nature Featured
"The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy
Anne Frank
We are so lucky! Most of us here in the U.S. have been blessed with the mildest winter in years. I know my kids have loved playing outside most days. I'm afraid we have forgotten how truly lucky we are and have started to take it for granted. With that being said, can you say you have gotten outdoors and spent enough time with nature (is that even possible)? Have you taken advantage of this unseasonably mild winter? If I am to be honest (and I absolutely love being in nature), the answer is no. Not as much as I should be.
Here's a reminder to all of us: This is truly a gift. Let's enjoy it! Sit outside. Go hiking. Sit under a tree, take a walk, or have your morning tea or coffee outside. It's out there calling you, waiting for you to notice it's splendor. Don't let this gift go unnoticed!

Thought of the Day: Nature has been gifting you, just waiting to be noticed. Spending time in nature is very therapeutic. Nature comforts us, provides us with clarity, and calms our spirit. It helps us to see the bigger picture of this great, big world. Make sure to receive it's healing benefits today.
Have a beautiful day!
